Please wear a mask at all times. You can purchase a mask from us for £1. Remember your mask needs to cover your nose and mouth to be effective. Wearing your mask is protecting other clients and my staff. Your understanding is very much appreciated.

Please sanitise your hands on arrival and departure.

We will take your temperature before you enter the salon.

Please come alone to your treatment where possible.

Appointments should be booked by phone or messaging us on Facebook.

Please arrive just before your appointment time so we can keep the number of people to a minimum with in the salon.

You must cancel if you or any one you are in contact with feels unwell, has a fever, a sore throat or new continuous cough or a loss of sense of smell and/ or taste. We are happy to reschedule your appointment.

If you experience Covid symptoms up to 14 days after visiting the salon, please inform us as soon as possible . If you are contacted by Test and trace please also contact us as quickly as possible.

Please don’t visit us for 14 days if you have travelled abroad.

Please pay by card or have the correct money if possible.

Our appointment times are longer to allow for deep cleaning and sanitising the salon room between appointments.

Our team will wear appropriate and fresh disposable PPE equipment for every client.

We use disposable and environmentally friendly disposable towels throughout our treatments. Apologises they are not so cosy but much safer.

Please don’t touch products and displays at reception. Please ask us for assistance and we will be delighted to help.

We cannot offer to test products on you at the moment but where possible we will offer you a sample to try at home.

We have no magazines or papers at reception. 

Apologises that we are unable to offer you hot drinks at the moment however we can offer you cool water in a disposable cup before and after your treatment.

Please keep your phone and personal items in your bag during treatment. We will ask you to pop your bag and clothing in baskets provided within the treatment rooms.

We may ask you to wait outside to minimise the amount of people in the salon or to let someone leave the salon. We have a very spacious, safe reception area and you will be allocated a separate seat. These are sanitised after each use.
